So the first day i started having pain in my middle finger of my right hand and i thought nothing of it as each day went by it started to swell more and more now there is a huge bump on my finger that hurts if i move or touch it against anything. then today i got a similar bump on my big toe on my right foot what could this be?
The next day that area was sore and swollen. It still is swollen today and still hurts when I make a fist. When I make a fist, I can tell that my hand is swollen because it feels fatter then it used to... plus hurts.
What do you think I did to my hand? Will it clear up on its own, or should I see a doctor?
My fingers normally get infected whenever I pull out a hangnail, but now my finger has gotten infected and I am concerned. It is red and swollen at the tip like normal, but in addition my entire finger is swollen to the point where it is visibly larger than the same finger on my other hand. It also hurts the infected area when I bend it more than a little bit or straighten it, so I have been keeping it in the slightly bent position that does not cause pain for most o today and yesterday.

I'm a 28 year old female and I have been having swelling, stiffness and pain of my right index finger knuckle for over 2 years. It started off as a little right itchy bump on my knuckle (it kind of looked like a welt) and it felt like it was on fire. I noticed it would flare up when it would rain and there was high humidity. From there it has progressed to swelling and it is usually stiff. It has been swollen for so long now that it has started to deform my joint.
For the past 5 days I have been constipated and feel pressure by the vaginal opening during all hours of the day. I thought it was a UTI but it doesn't burn while I pee. It hurts the most when I'm about to finish peeing. It is a burning/pressure/contracting feeling. I've tried vagisil, but it doesn't help any symptoms. Also I tried checking for my iud strings, but the vagina feels swollen and tight so I couldn't even put the tip of my finger inside.
This morning I woke up and my pinky fnger was red, swollen, warm to touch and painful. There are no insect bite marks that I can see. I can touch it and its ok, but if I move it at all in any direction, it hurts pretty bad. Late yesterday it started hurting some in the knuckle where my finger joins my hand, top and bottom. I punched a wall and its all swollen around the side of my hand and my pinky knuckle and ring finger knuckle and my mom said my pinky finger looks a little odd. Ok I'm in your club and I'm 65 .. Just got up in morning and right index finger was stiff and painful when I bend it and it's swollen.. Cannot tell if it's the first knuckle or second.. This getting old is for the birds!!
