That sounds like a positive neuro appt. That's interesting info about fibromyalgia and it must be reassuring that your neuro is so knowledgeable and supportive.

I started with 2000 IUs a day but my D levels only went up to 27 in early July 2010 and then down to 24 in late July 2010. So, I then upped my dose to 3400 IUs taken 3 times daily to maintain a steady state and by October 15 by levels had reached 30.6 and I was starting to feel a bit better. I then upped my dose to 4400 IUs and the improvement in my symptoms (after an initial problem of bone/joint/nerve dysfunction/pain) continued. By December my D levels hit 41.
if i have many signs of fibromyalgia, what kind of doctor or physician should i see? Is it something i should get checked out right away? can i go to an emergancy room or urgent care?

My angiotensin-1-converting enzyme is high (81). I was diagnosed for Fibromyalgia in 2010. Recently doctor ordered several tests. this enzyme came out high.

you may have fibromyalgia. You need to get some medicine to come off of fentynal. Go to a pain mgmt dr if you can and he should help you.
I have been dealing with extreme fatigue and now aches and pains on my knees and low back. Had seen a Rhuemy in 2010, and was put on plaquenil for " connective tissue disorder" for about a year. Helped with hair thinning and other symptoms. Since then, moved and took new job. Symptoms have emerged along with new positive tests- HLA-B27 positive ,Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide Antibody- positive, Creatine Kinase, 147 (high end of normal) and Ferritin very low 8. No word from the Dr.
You could have fibromyalgia. Have you had any test run or x-rays?
You need to see your doctor to find out what is causing this pain and have it treated.

2 yrs ago I was tested for neuropathy and was told I have it from my hands to my feet. last week I was told I may have fibromyalgia. My question is can you have both of these? I also also shoe signs of diabitas I also have tested for COPD and i also have asthma.
It is constant for the most part. I can tell you the day it hit was Dec 12 2010. I have had my gall bladder checked, upper-lower GI., hidascan, mri, catscan, ultra-sound and xrays taken. My appendix was removed about 7 years ago. The pain in my side sometimes begins a trickle effect that tickles my skin or causes me to be sensitive to having my clothing or bed covers touch the surface of my skin.
