Avatar f tn I have Rheumatoid Arthritis for 45 years now and it is a complicated version as I have many other diseases that have accompanied the Rheumatoid, Sjogrens, Reynaud’s Phenomenon, Interstitial Lung Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension, Esophageal Spasms , Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroidism, I also have a right Bundle Branch Block, But have no idea if any of these conditions could be a contributing factor. Mostly because I don't know what I am experiencing or what the cause could be.

Avatar m tn Well I didn't but learned too little way too late so I found the frida center. Turns out I have textbook fibromyalgia and prior to my dx didn't even know what that was. The dr who runs it is amazing! She's like a therapist, bedside nurse, friend , angel and more rolled into one! She has fibro herself which helps!
Avatar n tn My hubby didn't understand this at first either. He would just touch me and it hurt. My flare this time started in Oct. 07 and has not let up. The only way I got my hubby to understand was to find all different websites that show all the different symptoms. I didn't know that you could hurt so much by just being touched. I told him it was from my being overweight I always said I guess fat hurts. UNTIL I went on different websites and seen that that is one of the symptoms.
1139187 tn?1355710247 I have just learnt to say I live with this condition and not that I suffer from it and I connect with what is up for me that day - bad days I have a Pajama day at home if possible and meditate, do yoga and by the way Qigong for three mintues each morning with jumping and strong movement or just dancing around activates the lymphatic system and energetically helps one a lot. EVen better if you have a small trampoline at home - you can find loads of info on youtube about this as well.

But the fact remains that I was born with a tethered spinal cord, I had an injury, and my nervous system is not working correctly. I am ready to try anything that makes "sense,' and I appreciate what you told me about the movement therapies.
