I have been treated with Natural Cortisol for Adrenal Insuficiency but eventhought they say it is not the Synthetic Hormone and it is safe, I have daubts about its safety. I still do not know if it is a Corticosteroid or not???

There is no direct natural medicine that cures asthma but there are items you can do to help your sons overall health. Since asthma is an inflammatory condition, anything that helps to lower inflammation should in theory help lowers the symptoms. Your best chance of actually helping his asthma is to find a registered and well known naturopath - they have six to eight years of university in natural medicine and thus have the knowledge regarding homeopathic and other natural treatments.

There is nothing wrong with THC but when u are pregnant there is....when you are pregnant you will go through aches & pains throughout the whole pregnancy...yes its natural but it has side effects that will go through the placenta to the baby..& if something was wrong with the baby you wouldn't want to think that maybe the pot did it & u live with that kind of guilt...I'm pregnant with my 4th baby & there is no way I would even consider taking anything like that...

I wouldn't take anything that affects brain neurotransmitters given the huge number of drugs you're already taking that are duplicative in targeting these receptors. For example, say you tried valerian. Although plants are more complicated synergistically than science can figure out to this point in time, it is widely thought that valerian targets GABA to produce its relaxing effect, at least in part.

ve been saying for years as soon as efficatious natural cures are recognized drug companies will seek to ban them and make their own, adding an isotope or 2...and now the legislation proves that's exactly where they are headed. kiss your milk thistle goodbye...big brother is looking out for you......

I am not discouraging you from exploring any alternative cures. The medical establishment does not have all the answers to the problem of cancer. This is why medical research continues so we all may have better and more effective treatments for this disease. What I wish to caution against are treatments which claim to be a panacea or cure-all for cancer, of which there are too many out there.

I've always been given list of things I could take and that was always on the list... infact when I was in the hospital for a week they gave them to me 3xs a day.... Anyway.. let me tell ya.. constipation is the story of my life... Raisin Bran Cereal on a daily basis works better than anything I've tried... but when I was on progesterone the only way I would go to the bathroom was with a non-stimulant laxative like Milk of Magnesia...

I have been told for 3 years I have Fibromyalgia along with osteoarthritis in many areas; osteoporosis (I have lost 2 and l/2 inches in 3 years; fracture mode; every medicine I had been put on has been problems and I have been taken off all for Fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and arthritis. Now, my right eye is getting fuzzy, not every day, but more days all the time. My doctor has said although I need back surgery, be careful doing that because it will possibly make your fibromyalgia worse.

I hate to disagree with you but unfortunity the is NO cure for fibromyalgia. Several of the thingscyou mention can keep the flare ups down in some people. But you may be giving false hope to many suffers.

I was diagnosed with fibro about 18 years ago. I've been using Lyrica & was using Cymbalta for a while as well. I quit using the antidepressant because it seemed to make the depression worse. I'm on low income & I'm telling this medication is getting so expensive that I have a hard time affording to buy just a months worth at taking one a day. At certain times of the year I have to take more than one a day. Is there a more natural way to deal with fibro?

In the natural med biz marigold is usually called calendula. Same stuff? Never knew it to affect the eyes. Pretty amazing.

You may have some underlying bacterial or viral infection that is being missed in the blood work. It appears that there is a link between fibromyalgia and infections. By reading your history with illness, I would suspect something like this may be occurring. Some doctors are treating fibro. patients with antibiotics and their symptoms improve. I say this because I believe I have a similar problem contributing to my Fibro flare for the past year.
