Fibromyalgia kratom

Common Questions and Answers about Fibromyalgia kratom

fibromyalgia

Avatar f tn I had been on painkillers of various kinds of fibromyalgia, but handled the withdrawals with kratom. Now it's time to leave the kratom behind, and that will take some doing. It can be done, though, and though it might not be easy, I want others to get some strength from this journey. At least that will make it worth it for me.
Avatar f tn So then they diagnosed me with chronic fatigue and now fibromyalgia. I found a doctor that made it easy to get pain Meds. Well, i could get 40 norcos every 10 days. But I had to get injections as part of treatment. It's all ********. I couldn't get refills without the shots. I'd make up an ache to get the shots. But with fibro I hurt everywhere. I want to quit the pills because I'm tired of going to this quack and being his pin cushion.
Avatar f tn Try CBD oil I just got through kicking Methadone for 15 Months and still I'm kicking it mildly. I tried kratom and it is addicting. I started with only using it when I had to go out and do things. but I did get addicted when I could not handle kicking Methadone anymore. Luckily I had a pill Machine and had to buy Capsules to make them some take it as powder and could not detox themself. I took pills and it was easier to detox just cut myself down 1 a day for up to 3 days.
Avatar f tn I am so thankful I found you guys. I have some Kratom & Xanax so I am going to try to sleep all weekend with the Xanax, then switch to the Kratom on Monday. I feel like a waste of air. How could I ever allow myself to get this bad? I have lupus, fibromyalgia & a degenerative spinal cord disorder. I think I might go to the ER on Monday & see if they can check my liver. I'll probably tell them i think my Lupus is flaring up. How long do opiates stay in the blood stream?

Avatar n tn The withdrawal was really difficult. I was worried about getting addicted to the hydro, so I got some concentrated kratom powder and was alternating use with the hydro every day or two so that neither of them was in my system daily. This got me through week 2 which was a reduced amount of muscle pain, but more fatigue, lethargy, depression. Now I am beginning my third week.
Avatar m tn Have you guys seen or tried stuff like Kratom? I have some xscape pills that I was thinking of trying to help with the WD's. Anyone know or heard of kratom?

Avatar n tn Ultram has provided me with the ability to live a productive and active life for this 55+ woman. The chronic pain of arthritis/ fibromyalgia had made me so fatigued I struggled to get up and accomplish anything. I have been taking it daily, 2-4 pills/day depending on the level of activity, for two years now. The major side effect I've noticed is "word recall". I noticed that it takes a moment or two longer to recall names of people and things for about 2 hours following a dose.
Avatar n tn are there any complications with withdrawals from high doses {200 mgs a day} of oxycontin and hepatitis C and other auto immune disease, such as rhunitoid arthritis, reynoids syndrome, fibromyalgia, lyme disease, I have them all and Im worried that major comlications during withdrawals could kill me,,,,,not to mention the fact that all these problems seem to get ten tines worse when i run out.
220965 tn?1189759423 I have been on pain meds for over 4 years since my accidents and surgeries to replace disc in my neck, I have degenerative bone disease, fibromyalgia...but do not want to be on this type of medication anymore...not sure what I will do about the pain and that is scary in itself, much less thinking about what withdrawls are going to be like, but I have to do this...I want my life back, I don't even feel like myself anymore...
Avatar n tn (well maybe not) but some of the sides are worse than when I was on it. My hep doc told me to be tested for fibromyalgia but my PCP said not to worry about it. Bull! when I hurt more now than before it is time to do something. I truly hope that your sides ease up soon.
Avatar n tn It was perscribed for fibromyalgia and to encourage a deep sleep. I wouldn't worry about ambien. You are on a low dose. After all you have been through, you deserve a good night's sleep. My brother served in the 101st Airborne in Vietnam, and saw alot of action. He was on Valium for the same condition. Unfortunately he developed complications from agent orange and passed away in 1990. Take the meds and get as much therapy as you can stand. You have a right to live a normal life.
