Avatar f tn s pupil is not painful. Fibromyalgia is painful and you pain around the eye could be due to it. 26 is too high and you are a glaucoma specialist.
428266 tn?1295644780 I have been to so many different docs for pain in my back,I had 2 herniated disks in lower back and had surgery, I have neck pain with bulging disk. I had an MRI and shows I have spinal stenosis and degenerative disk disease. I have arm and leg pain, just had surgery for carpul tunnel waiting to do the other one. I have Planters Faschitis on right foot and neuroma on left. I was told I have fibromyalgia without anything else being ruled out.
Avatar f tn I believe that your symptoms are most likely occurring do to your fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, and dry eye.
Avatar f tn Sorry no one's answered this yet. I have MS, and I've never had a relapse that could be conflated with Fibromyalgia. Pain is not my issue, but in the past I have gone blind in one eye, lost the use of one foot, had one side of my tongue go numb, had eyes that point different directions, bilateral positive Babinski etc. So, from my perspective, it's always surprising when people believe them to manifest in similar ways. Apples and oranges to me!
Avatar n tn Lymes disease or Infectious mycoplasmas. Symptoms right up that alley (total symptoms are all over body). Muscle aches? RA symptoms? endometriosis or hysterectomy? "brain fog"? stinging eye pain, ankle/shin pain? research www.immed.org and search Autoimune Illness and Mycoplasmas. also research ILADS to have proper Lyme testing done w/ IGENEX labs for Borrelia Burgdorfer and coinfections of Bartonella, Babesia, Ehrlichia, Rickesettia.
Avatar m tn I have Arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have started to see a homoeopath which I feel has helped with my eye pain and also edema in my left leg. The consultant didn't think fibromyalgia would of caused any eye trouble. I do feel that the vision is not so sharp in the left eye now since the previous eye pain this year. Please can you give me some advice. Very much appreciated.Thankyou.
Avatar n tn However, there are a couple symptoms that don’t seem to match with fibromyalgia/CFS. These are, my muscle pain/stiffness is always worse on the left, and with fibro, the pain is supposed to be symmetric on both sides. I also see visible snow anytime I look up, hundreds of them. I have also noticed when I move my eyes the back of my left eye hurts a great deal. And I am always thirsty. I drink water ALL THE TIME. Have been tested for diabetes and don't have it.
Avatar f tn I am a 32 year old female from Delaware who was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 9 years ago.
4437322 tn?1354571357 Is there such a thing as severe fibromyalgia. Does it get worse over time for some fibro sufferers?
Avatar f tn Fibromyalgia is chronic pain (a lot of the times they can't find reasons for your pain, so they diagnose you with this). Your other symptoms most likely don't fall under that diagnosis. I know how you feel about them not finding what's wrong with you.
Avatar m tn When getting up or going from room to room with different lighting I occasionally get a pain in my head, feel dizzy and my vision goes blurry or blacks out completely for a few seconds depending on the severity. I've had my bloodworks done which came up fine, had a brain scan which revealed a pineal cyst measuring 0.6 but was told it wasn't an issue, and have slightly low blood pressure.
Avatar n tn Has there been a link found between congenital toxoplasmosis and fibromyalgia. I have both. My eyes were affected and I suffer from mood disorders, and a host of other health troubles. I am 44. And so I need brain scans to see if I have lesions? Just wondering.
927983 tn?1321884089 Things have only gotten worse, I have not responded to the Neurontin I was prescribed, or the migraine medications. I have been experiencing episodes of severe eye pain in my right eye, and the inability to see out of it. when I try to walk down the stairs, it's as though I am being electrocuted through the arch of my right foot and it radiates up my leg. My ability to think and form thoughts takes a lot of effort.
1524559 tn?1291410896 s hard to say what might be causing the eye twitch. Majority of the time, eye twitches are absolutely nothign to worry about - as we both said, could be caused by stress - but if you're finding that it's happening ALL the time or affecting your vision at all, I would strongly suggest you get it checked out by at the very least your PCP, if not your eye doc (preferably).
Avatar f tn t watch TV so kept the eye shut. My right eye pressure was 21 and left was 22 then the left went up to 25. The pain stopped but I do occasionally get a short sharp stabbing which I think is dry eye??? After the pain stopped I managed to see an ophthalmologist who said my eyes were fine. Had another appointment yesterday and again told they were fine. Also told that 26 was my natural eye pressure. Well today I had the red flashes again (only on blinking and not when looking around).
Avatar m tn Problem of double vision and plus sensitivity on my left forehead and below my left eye, and i do have twitching on left side of my face that would close eyes and leave a dark color on my lower eye cheek, been with ENT and Eye Doctors,i do have sinus infection, been over many times ( anti-biotic ) and now having vision problem, any suggestion from anyone I need help, thank you very much
Avatar f tn lumps of fibromyalgia - what is that? I hadn't heard that you can have lumps with fibromyalgia. Can you provide more information on this. I have dealt with nerve, joint, and muscle pain. One of things that comes with it is i notice lumps in my arms and i am not sure what they are.
Avatar f tn I tried Neurontin, which drove me nutz. But I am finally getting my life back without the pain of Fibromyalgia. Hope you can do the same!
1280306 tn?1271267786 Last spring I was suffering from neck pain that led to headaches. The neck pain had been there from the previous fall but not the headaches. Then I started feeling pressure in my forehead, went to the doctor they did a cat scan and I had a really bad sinus infection.Lasted for about 3 weeks, went to the ears for another two weeks and finally disappeared! A couple of days went by feeling pretty good then all of the sudden felt an extreme head pressure and a swelling in the side of neck!
Avatar n tn It started with some pretty sharp pain behind the right eye. This pain lasted for 3 days. The pain subsided for a couple days and then I started getting pain behind both eyes. From then on I've been getting headaches. Some other symptoms that have occured are: double-vision (only when I look down), blurred vision, a bit of dizziness and balance issues. I've also been noticing some memory issues (forgetting peoples names and simple words). I also have light sensativity.
