I try to workout or exercise by walking, running, yoga, and basic
weight lifting, all of these cause more pain. I can barely walk the day after working out
and I don't even push myself that hard.
I am having the worst pain in my lower back and right hip. On my worst days my pain is a 9 and I can't move, I have numbness and tingling down my legs. My right leg has nerve pain from my groin all the way down to the top of my foot.
