I was on the Fentanyl patch and became very sick, I went to the ER and found out the patch was leaking due to a manufacturing error, I was being overdosed. Since then I've been afraid to use the patch, I use only percocet to control my pain. I understand there is a class action lawsuit against fentynyl.

BUT, im mad because i know the dr will tell my dad. And, i cant have that. I dont want my family knowing. Do i have any course of a lawsuit? What do i do? I want to talk to my fam dr but im embarrassed becasue i feel like he wont understand and he will look at me as a dope addict. I never dr shopped, ever. Never.

If there is a lawyer in the area whose done a lawsuit like this, they can steer you in the direction of a knowledgeable doctor with the tramadol and side effects. A friend of mine is currently under a doctors care where he is involved in a lawsuit claiming a work related injury where he was paid off the books.
