Start taking a multi-vit if you can (e.g., one a day for men)-add vit C. If you are a biker, I'd limit the time you spend doing so. If you don't exercise regularly, that may help too. Also, like amandamae1126 said, avoid caffeine and alcohol. Eating foods high in antioxidants may also be beneficial (wild blueberries, broccoli, etc.). Intercourse every 36 hours is what I've read is best.
