I become oversensitive to
noise. I feel I want to shut down low frequency
noise around me (ACs, Heaters, Engines,etc...), I experience emotional response to such sounds when I' under stress. I'm trying to make it without medication, so I planed to regularly exercise, I'm taking multivitamins, I feel better in the sense I'm not feeling down and without energy, but overthinking and fear is still there. It's an annoying feeling.
