s the problem, while doing the first test using CMIA, the person who drew blood from my arm swapped my arm using spirit first and kept the cotton swab on the arm chair, he drew the blood and told me to take the cotton lying on the arm chair, blood started to ooze out from my arm so without thinking I took the swab lying on the arm chair and pressed against my oozing wound (I think I used the side of the cotton swab not touching the arm chair, but that side was used by the Lab personal himself wh

This is an irrational line of thinking. Nobody would put blood in a bin of cotton balls, and if they did, it would be easy to notice. It would also be a bad way to try to infect other people, because blood outside of the body is NOT infectious. You cannot get HIV from an object, even if it is covered in blood.
You had zero risk for HIV and of course you do not need a test. You may wish to talk to your doctor about your anxiety, though.
