Member that a (what's it called).....oh yeah...that famous opera..."Phantom of the Opera"?? Many years ago, my mom and one of my sisters paid big bucks to go see that opera in K.C. They ranted and raved and carried on about it after they saw it. So I am unusually sad today. I know this can be normal and I know it will pass. Just finished 9th week shot last friday...covered in nasty rash from incivek...4 weeks to go and finished incivek. So two nights ago I got absolutely no sleep. I was angry over something and it was keeping me awake, also I had a song stuck in my head that was also part of the racing thoughts in my mind keeping me up. So yesterday I was operating like a zombie and the same song was still in my head. I've created a new anxiety for myself, "when will this song stop playing in my head" and it's driving me insane.
I cry at EVERYTHING! The song daddy's little girl came on and I was crying. Then another song came on and couldn't stop myself lol.
And, maybe I am. I have almost constant tinnitus which sounds like male opera singers. No, I am not kidding! Occasionally, it changes to a clicking sound. I do like opera, but not all day and all night. I am 75 years old and have worn hearing aids for about 10 years, and they have been of no help for the tinnitus. I have had many ear infections throughout my life, and my 46 year old son is already wearing them.
