i used to be an athlete in a sports team and now i only go to the gym a 2-3 times a week but i dont take any supplements, i try to have a balanced diet but i dont really eat fruits but i do eat salads a few times a week. Also i smoke shisha but very rarely, maybe like 2 times a month or sometimes less

ok so i posted a few days ago reguarding a risk i had , i was smoking a hooka or shisha at a cafe, and then the tip of it what sliperry, it looked like semen , so i wiped it very gently me thinking it was water or sumthing. now you guys said that i didnt have a risk because the hiv dies when touching objects, but what about semen, does it die only when it is dry? and same goes for stds

1) does semen have to be dried in order for the hiv virus to die ?

K so I went on vacation, and I went to a shisha place or hooka place (bong), anyways there was this mean waiter and when he gave me a hooka, the tip of the tube where you put your mouth was wet and slippery , I wiped it gently cuz I thought it was water or sumthing, maybe he pissed on it or something I dunno and I used it after ( mouth touched the tip of the tube , I'm really scared cuz he was really dirty. I have been told many things about smoking during pregnancy. I am currently nine weeks pregnant and I'm having a problem with just quitting smoking. I've been told that since I've smoked for almost ten years that if I just up and quit I run a high risk of loosing my baby. I've been told to cut back and I've got to where I only smoke about 5 to 8 a day and before I got pregnant I smoked a pack a day.
I found a place with an autoclave but do I need to worry about this last time? What are the facts? And do I really need to worry about HIV if it can't live out of its host?
