Even if you lose some weight using these products, once you go off them, I've heard you usually gain the weight back. I'm sure you're aware of this, but it's a good idea to tell your doctor you want to go on a diet and ask your doctor what he/she thinks about that. With atleast 30 pounds to lose, you'll probably want to ask your doctor for a referral to a dietician. You say you have no idea how to eat healthy.

How it works is as follows: I start working out fine for about 8 weeks and then I get to a decent level of fitness and am increasing the intensity of the workouts.
