equipment? Whatever your "mode" of exercise is -- let's see how many different things we can come up with!!
I'm also curious if anyone has a hard time getting started with exercise or can you just jump right in, stay consistent and love it... If so, how much time do you spend on exercise per day/week?? If not, what can we do to help?
