When I stand up it looks more bigger on my lower abdomen. When I sit down my stomach rolls and I have like 4 rolls. So I want to know if it's bloating because I'm stressed (but my stomach has been like this for like a month) or if my stomach is just getting chubbier because of junk food.

Logic and reason were the best ways for me to make progress with my anxiety. I try to think about SOMEONE ELSE besides myself! B/c it's VERY easy to be self centered when you are having anxiety. It seems to be about YOU YOU YOU. Look for something positive to look forward to. I'm not sure what types of food you eat, but make sure you get plenty of low fat protein, such as chicken, fish, lean beef/pork, dairy, eggs, beans/legumes, etc. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits/vegetables every day. Stick with none starchy veggies. Apples, pears, etc are excellent for fruits because they have lots of filling fiber.
Avatar n tn 50 mcg, but based on the rise in TSH, my doc didn't mind increasing me to .75mcg (and switching to synthroid). I have to say that now I feel fine. Energy level is good, exercise daily without a problem, depression is gone... and continue to gain weight... Why is there so much change in my TSH levels? is this a symptom of something else I should be looking at?? What questions or tests should I be asking the doctor? Thanks in advance.
