I usually take the klonopin a half an hour before working out, which allows me to exercise for two hours without the fear of a panic attack. My question is could intense exercise help metabolize the klonopin out of my system? The reason I ask is my husband and I were trying to get pregnant prior to the panic attack disorder.

It started of small but has grown in size. It now feels like two connected lumps. I also developed abdominal pain. Most days I feel like I have a bag of rocks on either side of my pelvis. Since the stress levels suffered by EMTs in emergency situations, your heart rate may prevent you from getting and keeping a job. Alot of time exercises that are aerobic bring down the heart rate. Biking, swimming, low impact aerobics and power walking are good exercises that will give you a good workout without raising your heart rate too high.

Avatar m tn I've read that hypothyroidism can cause exercise intolerance. I have been very ill since exposure to some toxic pesticides. Part of the poisoning is that I became hypothyroid. I used to be a keen athlete cycling many miles a week and competing often. Now I am unable to do any exercise. I suffer from pain in my joints, particularly my knees. If I try and do any level of exercise, I suffer injuries and weakness afterwards which take ages to heal (some haven't healed at all).

Avatar n tn I am one of them(although I dont have that much time under my belt)I dont know the facts about the brain chemistry but I know drugs can screw it up(receptors and what not)My guess would be after that amount of time there could be some damage.Dont underestimate MMT though. Funny thing about that is thats the drug Im running from.But I have no legit reason to be on it either. You could benefit from it,Ive read from alot of people that methadone saved their lives.

As for the fatigue and other mental problems.......brain fog brain fog brain fog. EXHAUSTION. I want to make the people that I work with read THAT. But of course...am I really going to make them? The brain can retain only a certain number of ‘facts’ and everything else is recalled based on its relationship with these facts. Make him say small words, repeating them, he can try small arithmetical calculations and build up from there. You can talk to your primary care physician, he can guide you to professionals.
