Anyhow, my whole point is, is that I'm not really doing any natural herbs, no big time supplements, none of that stuff really and everything is remaining under control for the time being. I do the nautilus

, spin classes, elliptical/cross trainer machine, stationary bike and treadmill. I recently attempted a zumba class and since I'm too much of a klutz to do the dance thing, that didn't work out too well for me.
