I had a place like that on my leg and did what she said, 1st the ointment and neosporine on top of that and it cleared right up. Exema (know I spelled it wrong) is heredity according to the dr. My aunt suffered with it for years (My Dad's Sister). Sweating causes it to break out too, so that could be affecting your feet.
I know i post allot of questions but, does your skin get really itchy especially during the winter? I'm only going to be 12 weeks but I'm a ftm and idk what to put on it. I have exema and I'm allergic to aloe Vera so, not allot of options. Any recommendations as what to use?

From the symptoms exfoliative keratolysis and dyshidrotic eczema needs to be ruled out. The first sign of exfoliative keratolysis is one or more superficial air-filled blisters on the fingers or palms. The blisters burst to leave tender, circular areas. The symptoms are aggravated by exposure to irritants including water, soap, detergents and solvents.
When She first started getting this, is was late spring early summer of last year. I thought maybe it was the grass, or the house, or something. Her allergy tests came back normal, and the doctor referred her to dermatologist. Her dermatologist said it was exema, with the hives??? But she can't be on this forever with no improvement.

The typical antihistamines will just put you in a deep sleep for the rest of your life. Maybe the doctors think that's an answer. But the answer is finding out what is causing it. The doctor should spend enough time with you to find out. Demand that he spends enough time with you to resolve the eczema. Doctors just want to give you a script and send you on your way.
t take any medication besides contraceptive. I take care of a healthy and diverse diet. Out of the blue (well it was a stressful time) both of my thumbs and my right index finger started to develop very tough skin. There was no itch or rash. After a week the skin felt like i had crazy glue on my fingertips and the skin came off in large patches zu underneath was very thender red skin. Of course then i went to my dermatologist and he gave me protopic for exema. It did not help.
I have small blisters on my feet as well, usually they do not itch but as well occasionally they do. Its usually on the outside of my foot, half way between the heal and the pinky toe- where you feel the knuckle- its usually a nickel sized area and there filled with a clear liquid. but they have also spread to my hands, knees and elbows. I have been to the dermatologist and these are called stress bumps.
Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.
Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
im showering every day but they arent going and the creams you can get only come in pathetic tubes. cant you reccomend anything to get rid of them? and then showering should keep them away at least.
now onto my other problem, my bottom lip is unbeleivably dry, all the creams i have tried just sit on top. eventually i peel the skin off, which i know is bad.. but it comes off in one layer like glue does off skin. eventually it grows back and the cycle starts again, i get mocked for this..
Last night I started itching all over first itching started on my foot then hands and went away .it chin ft wake up itching tn the middle of the night itching everywhere. A shower didn't help.so far nothing has helped it's now almost 7 pm. I'm still itching everywhere it's so bad. No rash no bumps or bites it's like a rash all over with no rash just itching. Until I scratch then whelp up and gets red and hot . My dr did blood work called bile salt.

About 6 weeks after exposure I went to a dermatologist who said it was very unlikely it was herpes she said penile dermatitis, a form of exema and I took the igg test, I tested positive for hsv1 which she said was probably an infection from childhood, and a 0.16 negative on the hsv2. She told me to stop worrying and it looked nothing like an std. I returned to My gp and he said basically the same thing after checking me again. Am I ok to stop worrying??
Hello so I'm 28 weeks along and I have a rash that just sprung up on my right arm. It covers my whole a and it itches and it looks like little bumps. I have a doctor appointment Monday but I was wondering what this might be. It's been there for a few days. I don't have exema and I haven't been anywhere close to poison oak.
I would certainly have this ck.d out if you haven't already. The skin on the breast is the same as skin on any other part of the body and subject to the same problems. Can't speculate on the internet as to the cause but it's something that needs some Medical attention so please ck. with your Physician soon. Regards ...
I was currently using triamcinolone for an existing exema condition in other areas of my body. I called the nurse at my dr's office and she suggested that I use the triamcinolone cream on my face to clear up the reaction. It worked and in the months passing as I tried to get my facial skin back to normal, I used the triamcinolone locally, on occasion if I had another outbreak on my face. I fear that I may have skin atrophy in areas of my face now.
Is there such a thing as edema of the hands? My hands swell, tingle, have shooting, prickly pain and then start getting numb. My mother died of Congestive Heart Failure but I could tell most of the time when she was going into heart failure because her feet and ankles would swell and I would push the tissue on the foot and ankle and it would go in and not pop up it would remain indented where I pushed.
s red with white bumps no drainage or heads on the bumps. The oilyness is the same but the rash is getting worse and now the bumps have spread to the front of my scalp and they are very itchy and hurt. I used to be able to wash my hair every 4-5 days and now it is every other day. I have not had any changes in my diet or medications. Any ideas what is going on????
