Avatar f tn I know i post allot of questions but, does your skin get really itchy especially during the winter? I'm only going to be 12 weeks but I'm a ftm and idk what to put on it. I have exema and I'm allergic to aloe Vera so, not allot of options. Any recommendations as what to use?
Avatar f tn Im 17 and the tip of one of my boobs is white and bumpy.. I have exema, but why is it white? It looks like its ready to milk.
1035252 tn?1427227833 Now most of my kids have had eczema issues of one sort or another so as trying43 said that could be it as well. With the dry winter weather it will make it act up more. Just lay off the sweet taters for a little while and see if it goes away...if it does, reintroduce them and see if it happens again.
976589 tn?1255609465 Yes, exema, but this condition is not caused by food allergies, you would have skin rash all over your body.
Avatar n tn However her dermatologist says she has exema and the hives. Gave her protopic cream and zyrtec 5mg to take once a day. However this problem has been going on for well over a year. Now when she puts her cream on, it doesn't giver her relief, it actually has been hurting her (burning). It's so hard to get into the dermatologist when she has these outbreaks. I don't know what else to do for her.
Avatar f tn Finally a dermatologist gave her a cream. He said she had exema. She had to use gloves to wash dishes or use any cleaning chemicals, putting the white cotton gloves underneath. She would put the ointment that the dr gave her on it, then neosporin on top of that. It would clear it right up. I had a place like that on my leg and did what she said, 1st the ointment and neosporine on top of that and it cleared right up. Exema (know I spelled it wrong) is heredity according to the dr.
Avatar n tn I was not diagnosed with exema
Avatar n tn it could just be exema or just from sweating to much i got the same thing a week ago and it went away after a cpl days
Avatar m tn Oh my gosh I have this to it's called exema it's caused because of the heat and humidity
Avatar n tn Hello so I'm 28 weeks along and I have a rash that just sprung up on my right arm. It covers my whole a and it itches and it looks like little bumps. I have a doctor appointment Monday but I was wondering what this might be. It's been there for a few days. I don't have exema and I haven't been anywhere close to poison oak.
Avatar m tn About 6 weeks after exposure I went to a dermatologist who said it was very unlikely it was herpes she said penile dermatitis, a form of exema and I took the igg test, I tested positive for hsv1 which she said was probably an infection from childhood, and a 0.16 negative on the hsv2. She told me to stop worrying and it looked nothing like an std. I returned to My gp and he said basically the same thing after checking me again. Am I ok to stop worrying??
408901 tn?1274687198 I would try some Hydrocortisone cream. It works on exema (which is very common in infants) very well. But if your infant has exema, it may be around for a while. Many children have it and for most it goes away by the age of 2. But for some, they will just have to apply creams on and off for life. But try the Hydrocortisone cream. Mary gets this too and it helps her.
Avatar n tn When my kids get ringworm I put that I cant think of the name but you use it for jock itch and it goes away within 2 days the doc has never put my kids on antibiotics. My oldest son got the same thing your describing in his head and the doc told me it was exema and to use head and shoulder(any type of shampoo for this) every nite to clear it up. I would say stop the antibiotic. Ringworm is red in color and round.
Avatar n tn 15th, which showed no cancer, but about 6-8 weeks after surgery I had a small red irritated spot on my skin (kind of almost looks like exema? it has continued to spread, is is on half of breast that had lumpectomy and all around scar. Anyone else with anything similar?
Avatar f tn I was currently using triamcinolone for an existing exema condition in other areas of my body. I called the nurse at my dr's office and she suggested that I use the triamcinolone cream on my face to clear up the reaction. It worked and in the months passing as I tried to get my facial skin back to normal, I used the triamcinolone locally, on occasion if I had another outbreak on my face. I fear that I may have skin atrophy in areas of my face now.
Avatar f tn I have the sane issue I had exema when I was little and that's what mine is I use the oatmeal and honey face wash it helps me anything else breaks it out worse
Avatar f tn It says cortisone.10 exema its a red and white tube I go t it from walmart amd my obgyn says its safe to use while preggo. Just giving a suggestion it takes the itch right away and clears rash quick.
Avatar f tn Then quite possibly you may have exema or some other sort of skin problem just starting. If you run your fingers through your hair often during the day you get oils out of your skin and can make your hair oily.
Avatar f tn Of course then i went to my dermatologist and he gave me protopic for exema. It did not help. Next things he tried was a cream against a fungal infection but without result. I was told to use both creams every other day. I was given *** to increase blood flow and I made sure to be well hydrated. After 3 month, my fingertips are so affected that I can barely touch anything. It affects my everyday life greatly.
Avatar f tn I have 3 children, they all have this to some extent and our local doctors have no idea what it is. They have ruled out exema. It is worse in my boys than in my daughter. Their hands will get a white raised blister which will then peel off layers of skin. They are also sensitive to light (in case it helps) I've attached a photo of my oldest son's hands. Now they do look normal at times and then every couple months or so this happens, i've found it to be worse during summer months.
Avatar n tn It comes and goes depending on the seasons. One possibility is like you said psoriasis.. or possible exema. On the other more serious note, you could have the start of scabies, it usually starts on your hands and feet, between your fingers and toes. It just looks like little tiny blisters and if you pop them just clear liquid comes out. That is contagious and requires prescribed ointment to take care of.
Avatar f tn My symptoms are little clear blisters on the passion of my left hand. My fingers are really dry, hot, red, itchy and swolen. It feels like they are throbbing around my joints. They ooze a clear liquid. There is a constant itch that doesn't go away. I been diagnosed with exema from the docs and I religiously use Aveeno cream and a steriod cream at night, I have used various different steriod creams to no avail. I am getting really depressed as the irritation and pain is constant now.
Avatar m tn i hav the same thing! ive had exema problems before..but thiiss is on both my armpits and ots a huge scab with redness everywhere else and little blisters. helpp!
Avatar f tn He says that he remembers a rash before but thought it was his exema. This was before we dated. Now i fear that i did this, though i have never had a breakout. And do I really have HSV 1? Or could that be a false positive? I think what I read is that we don't have to worry about being careful because we are poth positive. Is that correct?
Avatar n tn I hae no idea what is causing them. my husband has them on his feet almost all of the time. I first was thinking it could be his sock or the boots he wears for ork then he started to get them o his hand. he has exema to begin with but this doesn't look anyhting like them at all. but he just puts cortisone cream on it and it helps. I just wished he would go to the doctor and find out what they are.
Avatar m tn it is usually an easy fix. it can also be caused by chronic problems such as diabetes, exema, and psoriasis. using soap or body wash with too many dyes or perfumes can cause an allergic reaction which can also cause balanitis. most of these events are usually one time problems and are solved with ointments or meds provided by your doctor. however, for men who suffer chronic repeated balanitis, research has been done to see if there may be viral causes, such as HPV.
Avatar n tn This is the time of year that our skin dries out. You probably have a mild form of exema. You can try a healing cream such as something made by Goldbond and also perhaps some hydrocortisone cream for the ithcing.
