t calming her down any, and she did not refil the prescription. 2 months later she had another bad dream and the doctor was notified. He then prescribed exelon.
My question: If she does not have Alzheimer's disease, why would he prescribe either of these medicines for her? If this is dimentia, aren't there other drugs out there for that or even drugs that have a claming effect? From what I have read about excelon, I am not sure if it is compatible with her heart medication.

Her neurologist doesn't think the medicine is the cause of the nausea, though it could be aggrivating whatever is causing it.

can i combine 225mg. of effexor xr with exelon or dexamphetamine to help my sedated or lethargic condition?
It would be helpful if the Exelon Patch advertisers didn't feel it was necessary to have their information on continual scroll. There is a reason why I don't read rolling credits at the end of a movie, too. They usually roll too fast to read and simply hurt my head and can trigger migraines. Most of the time I don't see rolling adds, but when I do, I'm put off. Uh...I did not search for anything that would have had anything to do with this particular advertiser.
I feel at such a loss in trying to help my Mother. I've gone back to Neurologist and am awaiting his advise, but he doesn't appear to be emphathetic to this issue. Her GP defers to the neurologist. My 81 yr old Mother in middle to late stage Alzheimer's. She is not on any anti-anxiety med except for Paxil which was prescribed about a month ago. She gets aggitated during the day at times and especially sundowners time.

first there is burning feeling, then after some hours patch appears; then within hours the patch widens, the center is clearing and it appears as a circle with fading white border. At this point burning feeling is gone. Sometimes they stay week, sometimes they clear withing days.

Hello, I've had this red non itchy patch on my left cheek for a long time but as of late it seems to be more noticeable. Also noticed that a very small patch is starting to develop on my right cheek however it isn't always visible.

I've been prescribed hydrocortisone in the past but it made no difference.
You can check this using a fine needle and giving a slight ***** over the patch .If the patch is senseless, then it’s a matter of concern and you should seek a specialists advise and consultation. You might even need a skin biopsy from the patch.
For this, you should consult a competent dermatologist and take proper treatment.
The nodular lesion that you have seems to be a sebaceous cyst ,which as discussed earlier can be surgically removed if it is a bother.

Woke up two days ago with a red patch on my right shoulder...it was slightly raised perhaps initially but now is level with the rest of the skin...doesn't itch or hurt, nothing, just there...is it an insect bite or allergy or rash or what? No other similar patches. Thanks!

At times my scrotum is completely dry, and I use vaseline and try to say hydrated as much as possible. What has concerned me is that over the last year, every few months I will have a small red patch appear. They feel raw to the touch, and are sensitive, and always appear on my scrotum but no where else.
Never had a problem until now. He started with temp memory loss and the doctor put him on 2 Exelon Patches per day to help him with the memory loss and also he now on Oxcarbazepine 300 mg. My question is with him taking these two type of medications he is still having seizure and cant sleep. Me as a mother do know what to think and do to help him. Can someone help me with this.
I have this white idk i guess pimple or more like a oval patch its not very painful that i need emerancy room its more just noticable and quite bothering if i wiggle it with my tongue? Any ideas? Here is the picture http://i63.tinypic.com/vmqgl3.
This patch is elongated on both sides, upper most part of the butt cheeks just below the tail bone, not itching, feels very dry
