At some point, a pharmacist told me to stop eating
soy. It was in everything... food, shampoo, lotion, make up,
soy milk. Ha ha. Soy converts into estrogen in your body, which fees endometriosis. It has made my periods much less severe. I have now stopped all gluten as well and that has also helped tremendously. I'm not going to lie, it's a pain in the butt, but it's worth it to feel so much better.
