i can only masterbate by the tip of my penis ( the head of my penis ). Problem may be serious, it sounds like early stage of Erectile Dysfunction. It really depends on your age. During erection blood flow enter in penis which makes it bigger, if there is not enough blood, it remains the same size. Erectile dysfunction at your age would be extremely rare and like your doctor said, it tends to be psychological. Your mind has a lot of power over what happens to your body physically. If you feel nervous at all, upset, stressed out, etc all of this can affect erections and cause you to lose it. There really isn't a quick fix, but it'd be good to try to think about what else may be going on in your life.
Do you think epididymitis and erectile dysfunction could be related? My husband has had two very bad cases of epididymitis. (two emergency room visits) He has been treated with antibiotics each time and isn't having any symptoms, but now is having erectile issues. He is 42 and does a lot of heavy moving every day.
