For the past few months i been playing video game on computer pretty much all day , not going out , not working and on top of that smoking weed from time to time and drinking lots of coffee. Since last week i started feeling real dizzy all the time , specially when i go out, everything looks kind of different . I feel weird talking to people and i lost inspiration to do other things. Drink cold milk at night or take a late night snack. Avoid heavy meals and eat frequent small meals. Raise the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees. Avoid lying down for least 2 hours after food. Maybe these tips will help you.
