Looking at photos and symptoms upon googling, I've run down my issue on the crotch to: balantitis, eczema, psoriasis, candida
I'm fairly confident it can only be one of those 4. Apparently I'm from a country (Malaysia) that isn't too advanced in medicine, including that I couldn't quite find any STD clinic here. I have little confidence in our local doctors too.

Since Alcortin contains anti-bacterial, anti-fungal as well as steroid medications it would be safe to use this to treat the condition with this.

thanks for your reply and no your possibilites are not correct as iv tested negative many times for HSV1, i was infected for over a year and had lots of tests months after exposure which were positive for HSV2 but after therapies here, (of which there is a natural treatment only available here) hence why im in malaysia im now negative, and as for the PCR blood test, i thought it was to detect the DNA of the virus, thats what it says on the web anyway, il be sure to post my results anyhow!

I am having itching in penis foreskin covering the head and also on the head from last 2 Weeks.
A white substance is getting collected below foreskin of head and it is always wet. Small part of skin under the foreskin has become red and also there is pain when I touch it.
On the head itching is no more there but a part of head has become dark colors.
For last 4-5 days I started using "Quadriderm" cream which contains Clotrimozole IP.

You can't prevent holes from developing. Lattice is found in 6-8% of the population, higher in myopes, I have lattice. Most cases don't require treatment.
Supplements will not prevent lattice but can help with macular degeneration

I recently diagonsed that I have Hepatitis B, I never had un protected sex and I am sure I don't get it from my mom. I am an African currently in Malaysia on studies. I want to proceed to USA when I finished my studies but I discover carriers are not issued visa. I am just 27 and I dont know how long I will live with this virus before I die. I dont even know if I will ever get rid. I dont know if i can clear this virus from my body and taste negative for Hepatits B.
I belive I have eczema in my genital area because I have it also on my chest. I've tried treating it with different types of lotions but lotions seem to make it worse. I tend to scrath the area because of the itchiness which then leads to breaking of the skin at the base of my penis. Never breaking of the skin anywhere else in the genital region, just at the crevase of the lower pubic area at the base of the penis.

It is USAID approved product that I used (Ez-Trust CS Innovations) and the product list is from a legal website form USAID. In my country (Malaysia) most of our goverment clinics performing almost the same method which rapid test as i use now but not sure which brand.
As alternative i may choose private LAB test which use Duo/ Combo 4th generation rapid test.
