From the pictures it looke like eczema. . It is a form of chronic dermatitis (rash).Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema. Allergic reaction can occur to strong soaps, certain foods, plants, metals, cosmetics, dust mites etc.
Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin.
I'm 18 years old, male. I've had this patch for a while. I haven't been outside without my shirt on in a few years so it wouldn't be anything sun related. It doesn't itch. Skin feels raised.

Unfortunately from looking at the pictures around Eczema, it does not really look like the bumps that I have on my finger. There is typically no redness around the bumps.
About a year ago, I was diagnosed through an anonymous testing service with HSV-1. From doing a lot of research and seeing pictures, I'm scared that the bumps are from the possibility of having herpes whitlow.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but I would like to rule out eczema. Eczema is term for a group of medical conditions that cause the skin to become inflamed or irritated.It is often caused by allergies to common natural inhalants and intolerance to some foods but sometimes it is an overactive response by the body's immune system to a bacterium that normally lives on the skin or an irritant.
The bumps are visible whether my penis is flaccid or erect, and I can find no pictures on the internet, after searching high and low, of anything similar to what I have.
They are not pearly penile papules. The bumps on my penis are flesh colored and ON the head itself, essentially comprising the very texture of the skin. Imagine the texture on the torso of this iguana:

I've had kind of a scab-like sore on the top of my ear for at least a year now. It won't heal and go away. I'm pretty sure it was caused by continuous exposure to sun/skin peeling/healing, on and on. Eventually this led to skin that has kind of just remained dead that won't go away. Kind of like that which is found on the calluses of the hand when it is raised and "sharp.
Hi, I just noticed these bumps really maybe about a week ago, but I do think that I've had this condition before while growing up, but just never took notice to it. Does anyone have any idea what this is? I thought it might be eczema or psoriasis but in the pictures I've found of those the skin tends to be dry while my skin is still soft.

From the symptoms and pictures,it looks like nummular eczema(stubborn, itchy rash that forms coin-shaped patches on the skin.Found mainly in adults but can oocur in children also) , hives(red, itchy, raised areas of skin that appear in varying shapes and sizes. They have a tendency to change size rapidly and to move around, disappearing in one place and reappearing in other places, often in a matter of hours.Many cases of hives are "idiopathic," meaning no cause is known.
My 20 month old has "blisters" on the bottom of both of her feet and on her toes. I thought they were due to ill fitting shoes (could still possibly be) due to her baby toes are positioned weirdly and we have to be careful about the shoes she wears. Well, I decided to open one of the blisters, because I thought there was a splinter inside of it. To my surprise, there was no fluid that leaked, but rather "folded" skin inside of the "blister".

Eczema - My four year old's eczema seems to always bother him more so at night. He'll wake up in the middle of the night screaming and intensly scratching himself.
Shingles - I don't know too much about it, but it does sound familiar.

Over the last two years, I have developed some form of rash on my hands. These rash start as painful redness on my hands. Typically within a few days, they have tiny red dots in them, which are painful to the touch. Eventually, they turn a brown or rusty-red color, and the skin above them dies and flakes away. When this happens, you can actually separate the coagulated blood off the dead skin flakes.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but these white spots can be due to hand eczema, contact dermatitis, flat warts, pityriasis versicolor or vitiligo( less likely). Flat warts are about the size of a pinhead and usually appear on the face, but can also appear on arms, knees, or hands.Other possibility is of eczema. ive recently been getting red, dry itchy burning skin, and it appears in the same places all the time. in my eyebrows, the bridge of my nose, both my cheeks, and along my jawline on each side. it usually goes away for a while, but it always comes back. i took some pictures today if anyone would like to see them. it looks so horrible this morning that i had to stay home from work. it also goes into my gotee and moustache, turning them both red and burning, and also cause flaking.
So I have been getting spots for about 8-9 weeks. They tend to itch, at different times of the day, then get really itchy, the spot then gets big and raised, and after an hour or two goes down to a smaller red spot almost not visible usually within a couple hours or sometimes 48 hours. Then they are gone. When I first notice them, its really itchy, the middle of the area is white, and surrounding it is red. When I take pictures of them, they look like a pimple with a white head.
