My neck is really itchy and red and it goes all the way to the top of my head and every time I scratch my neck it burns a little, I think it may be a rash but I don't know what caused it. I have eczema in my eyebrow/upper cheek on the left side of my face. I used to have dandruff, but it has essentially cleared after using zinc shampoo a few times a week. But the skin is still greasy under my brow and on my eyelid, which results in hairs being weak and falling out. Any suggestions to clear up the greasy skin? I've tried hydrocortisone cream, but to little avail. Also, the condition seems to worsen after a night of drinking alcohol - is that part of the problem?
I went to the emergency room about bumps on the palm of my hand and the itchiness on my legs. He told me I had eczema and prescribed me antibiotic and steroid cream. I have had two or three pimple like bumps one on penis and two spaced far apart around my penis..

There is just a mild redness above my penis underneath the pubic hair. I only use hot water and soap to shave but have shaved for at least a month. Is this hair growing back in an odd manor? Or should I be worried about herpes or warts? There is no lesions, sores, discharge, pain in urination..etc.etc. I just flat redness. It isn't even that red.

From your symptoms it looks like folliculitis and boils on the buttocks and perineum and eczema on the scrotal sacs. Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin. It starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle by staph aureus.
Wear cotton clothes and apply warm compresses and topical antiseptics on the bumps.
Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. t forget to look at your shampoo and your other hair products. There is a sulfite thread in the allergy community you can look up for some information about hair products. With laundry: When all else fails, use baking soda only to launder your clothes. It's what people used before modern detergents. Always double rinse your clothes. NEVER use dryer sheets and other fabric softeners. You don't need these things. We were all brain washed by the manufacturers to believe that we did.
The same is true with a spot in the center of my head a 1/2 in from the front of my hair line, my belly button, under both finger nails on my middle fingers, the space between my middle and ring fingers, under both of my second toes and the space between my second and third toes. My belly button has dry skin where it itches. On my fingers and toes the places that itch are dry and grow calluses.

But just this morning, I squeezed the biggest spot in my pubic hair, and puss came out of it. I realised that this is an infection most likely. But one big problem I have the the insecurities I have with my body, and I hate showing it, (mainly because I am covered with eczema), so much so I hate getting. I am having itching in penis foreskin covering the head and also on the head from last 2 Weeks.
A white substance is getting collected below foreskin of head and it is always wet. Small part of skin under the foreskin has become red and also there is pain when I touch it.
