eczema face pictures

in my eyebrows, the bridge of my nose, both my cheeks, and along my jawline on each side. it usually goes away for a while, but it always comes back. i took some pictures today if anyone would like to see them. it looks so horrible this morning that i had to stay home from work. it also goes into my gotee and moustache, turning them both red and burning, and also cause flaking. it also makes the outer skin around my nostrils really itchy!

But the bump I have down there I have compared to infected hair follicle pictures and it matches, but so does some pictures of a genital herpes bump. And I have looked at breakouts on lips and compared from eczema break outs and rashes and herpes and they match all there in some pictures. So I'm just confused and idk what to do or think, but idk if I'm breaking out because im stressed, and curious as to what is going on with me.

He told me I had eczema and prescribed me antibiotic and steroid cream. I asked can eczema be found on the face because I have some bumps on my nose and cheeks and have had a small rash on my neck he replied no eczema is not common on the face. I am a healthy 21 year old mal and have had this for 5 years on my face. Never had it as a child and no one in my family history. Are there any completely crazy surgeries out there (burning, face life.. anything)? I have tried elidel, protopic, tons of steroid creams, oitments, doxycycline, PUVA, epicream, prednisone and steroid injections. The only things that work are the injections and prednisone, but the immidiate side effects of prednisone are too much (face swelling ect...).

Are you using any lotions or creams on your face? A friend of mine had a similar problem and found it was an allergy to a face cream. Also, this could be caused by an allergy to a food you eat. Is there any fruit that you eat regularly? I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. It's hard to guess what could be happening.

Okay, it does have its similarities to eczema in looks. But why only my face? Usually its on arms and legs. It doesnt get dry like eczema either. I just use a regular bar of soap on my face just like I always have.

Just to update on the situation, looks like I had athletes foot on my foot, which then shocked my immune system into having a bought of eczema, it was not athletes foot on my hands, those little bumpy things, that was eczema! So it was misdiagnosed by the Dr's on this site. Eczema came on my feet, fingers and hands, as a result of the athletes foot making my immune system have some kind of a reaction.

Another thing to note is way back in September of 2011, my cat had a case of ringworm on his face. About a month later I broke out with scrape looking mark on my leg that itched, eventually it went away with fungus cream but took about 2 months at least.
