eczema face acne

Hey guys Im 23w&6d"s & I woke up with SEVERE ACNE !!!! I never had acne before and I can't use everything on my face because of eczema but now my eczema face cream not working.. Any advice???

If it is baby acne, don't do anything to it. It'll go away on it's own.

I had eczema before my pregnancy, but it was not severe whatsoever and I never got acne or pimples. But when I got pregnant, around my 3rd or 4th month, my eczema flared up and I had it in places that I never got it before and I got pimples :( my eczema flare up has just now gone away and cleared up and now I have marks on my face from those few pimples I had and that all lasted until now and I just got to 9 months today.

m racking my brain as my oldest had this and now has full blown eczema. The face makes me think not eczema tho. If its red or irritated stop any soaps, lotions, cremes. Eczema is best defeated by changing your soaps to hypoallergenic.... Including laundry soap. To me it honestly sounds like normal baby acne just a little extreme. Make a list of what you've tried and call your doctor. My son often needed a steroidal creme as an infant to kick things like this.

My son had that and I would but aquaphor on it and let it soften up a bit then I would VERY GENTLY comb it out. The pimples on his face are likely baby acne, not eczema.

ve had once about a year ago as well. I have mild to moderate acne on my face. I do get nodular/cystic acne, mostly along the jawline, around my ears. Occasionally I get it on my forehead or chin area. Generally I just use an acne cleanser usually twice per day and deal with it. Well a month or so ago my skin started breaking out a little more than normal. I had made no change to any skin care or makeup or anything. Hi, I'm a 25 year old female who has been struggling with acne and itchy skin for 5 years now. I've been to several dermatologists that debate the diagnosis of Rosacea or just sensitive skin. I've been on all types of topicals and antibiotics with no relief from the itch. My face itches and feels tight practically everyday and seems to come and go in bursts of intensity. Some days it feels completely normal and then instantly becomes itchy and tight feeling.

t even think it was baby acne anymore! but it turned out it was acne it was just so so bad they actually put neostatin(the diaper rash cream) on it, sorry I know that's not spelled right. we even went and got aveno but it didn't work for brody but u can try it for ur baby! it took about 4 months to get better but he still breaks out some.he has really sensitive skin!

Ok ladies so im 38+4 and I noticed this rash come upon my face about three days ago. Befor I got pregnant I never had acne but now I have it on my chest and face. But this rash is.only on my chin it looks like little red bumps but its freaking me out. Any.of you had this.or.no what I.should.do it looks aa if its getting worse and spreading.a.

My skin has become really dry in those places that were itchy, so I wanted to know if it was eczema or not and if the acne treatment could be the cause.

When i got pregnancy acne and eczema my Dr Told me to use baby wash on my face instead of regular soap and that got rid of my acne, tHen she prescribed eucerine cream, its over the counter and helped my eczema in 4 days.

I had a facial and chemical peel 5 days ago and also used and acne cream 1 day after, i now have what appears to be a chemical burn: redness, itching, swelling, rash, thick skin. I have a rash on my face that started about 4 days ago, I don't know what it is but it is REALLY itchy, It's mostly concentrated on my cheeks, and forehead. Mostly my cheeks though, and it extends to my neck and ears. I do have a history of mild acne which has occurred on my forehead and chin but nothing to this extent. I'm dark skinned, or more like tanned so when i get acne i do have hyperpigmentation. Would cortisone help? If not is there any medication you could suggest.

you have colored skin.. yes colored people tend to have eczema.. does anybody in your family have or has had eczema.. I told her yes (my grandma had eczema as a child but it went away as she got older.. as did my uncle).. She figured that it had to run in the family and gave me this fatty cream.. After a few weeks I had to get back and my face broke out.. Horribly.. and she gave me a cream called Floxovate.. or better known as Cutivate.. Which is a very agressive corticosteroid cream..

my face got really bad after using the alba invisible acne cream. my face now looks like burnt and there are red brownish marks on my face. I'm not sure if i have facial eczema. I really need someone's advice to treat my problem. can anyone please help? I'm really desperate.

Most likely,it loks like a case of eczema but other possibilities also have to be ruled out. Eczema is a form of chronic dermatitis (rash).Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

hi, i have quite enlarged pores on my cheeks now. i don’t have acne or anything i actually have very clear skin, but slight eczema. i’m thinking maybe it’s because i have an infected lymph node or something that my systems are down now and everything is unregulated, i’m unsure. i really don’t know what to do because i can not find a product that unclogged the pores but isn’t for acne.

Hi could you possibly give me some insite into my sons skin, he is just 2 yrs old and suffering from very red inflammed cheeks with tiny spots,the doc says eczema a dermatologist says acne. He has no classic signs of acne no comedones nor are spots pustules. I have tried both very small amounts of cortizone and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide just on the spots butno better. can food intolerances cause this?

About two weeks into this pregnancy I broke out like big time all down my chest and arms my entire face and neck. It gotten a little better with switching face washes and other than my face and neck I'm almost clear but...now it itches like crazy and when I itch it gets worse! Anybody else have itchy acne and how did you treat it?

It will go away on its own. This is normal for babies...but I heard that breast milk can help clear it up. I wouldn't put anything else on the baby's face because the skin is so delicate. Don't worry, about all babies go through this.

m not a doctor, but maybe a call to your doctor will give you some info to help with over the counter remedies. Perhaps might it be from a face cleanser or colgne or products used for acne or skin cleaning? All those items tend to dry in the corners of the nose, etc. Just a thought. It may be some type of eczema and your doctor may be able to help you.

My baby was getting alot of acne on his face..even his ears where really dry..it look like a really bad rash it was about to spread to his legs and arms but then the dr recomended hydrocortisone cream USO 1% anti-Itch cream by prescription only. Just to apply on his cheeks 3 times a day for 3 days and it went away...I also switch his body wash from aveno to Johnsons all natural shampoo/body wash and it went away....my dr said that he has sensitive skin just like me...

But recently due to some reason I have very bad acne on face. Fearing that those would leave me marks I went to dermatologist and was prescribed acne clear gel, hidrate lotion and adaferin gel. I have been using acne gel and hidrate lotion from one month my acne settled well. But from last 3 days I am getting very bad white flakes on face. My face is tight and some time applying lotion burns my face. White flakes have appeared first time on my face.
