Usually if someone is bumping somethin gup for you to read, they'll tell you as close to a title as they remember. There is a search option now too, but I haven't used it yet. I'll look for your spasticity for you, bump it again and then put a post here to tell you the title. Hopefully I'll find the righ tone - that's a popular topic.

Try to act as though everything is normal, talk to her in a very "up" tone and play with her and show her more attention than normal and see if this improves things. Avatar f tn You are looking to tone your body, NOT to lose weight. You need to eat and you need to eat well. You are going to make yourself sick working out all the time like that and not eating properly. In order to build muscle you need to eat plenty of protein and you need to eat it within 1 hr. after working out. You need to consult a legit educated person about this. And I hate to be the one to tell you this, but you are only 17, you're not even done growing yet.

Avatar n tn I've wondered if the muscle can be electronically stimulated to build up tone... I've seen the ads for the muscle-building electrodes that you strap around your torso - they deliver an electrical charge to the muscles, causing them to flex. I think this would work even if the muscle doesn't receive signals from the brain. One thing you can do is continue to exercise and lift weights. This will help you retain muscle tone, and mobility.
