Eat olive oil, ghee, butter, coconut oil, cheese, avocado, nuts and seeds, cream, whole milk... stay away from low carb low calorie foods, processed foods, breads, rice, oats.. starchy foods. Avatar f tn With regards to your face being fat, I must say, we have genetics to live with. And I have to wonder about body dysphoric syndrome in which you have an odd image of your body/face. Women with anorexia have this. So, this is confusing but I think you must first have a healthy lifestyle and second learn to be accepting of who you are. Cashews and other nuts do have lots of fat but are excellent sources of protein and fiber and are recommended for heart health. They are excellent as replacements for eating too much animal protein. Almonds and walnuts are probably better as they have less fat, but cashews are still a great food. Wheat instead of rice?

I've been doing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in between weight lifting days and eating primarily proteins, healthy fats, and a small amount of carbs for breakfast and after excersise. I'm trying to lose as much fat as possible in the next two weeks.
