m always struglling to lose some as well, at least 2-3 pounds (not
water weight of course). I eat as healthy as it is possible, I've cut out completly everything bad a couple of years back (no sweets, no pastries, no fast food etc). Basically I drink only water and eat only boiled or raw vegetables, legumes, fish (2 times a week), soy, eggs and fruit. My problem would be calories. I just have times when, even if I eat as usual, I find myself weighing more and it's just frustrating.
