It alternates, so between 30 women maybe 6-7 volunteer to drop food off in those first couple of weeks. Its such a lifesaver- baked ziti is popular, pot pies, and mexican food are easy to reheat as well.

Avatar f tn Yah id say those meals r what makes u tired and miserable...as delicious as they can b. Try buying big precut fruit bowls or frozen meals. Hopefully that helps.

Avatar f tn Sometimes when I eat, like last night after I ate a frozen Turkey pot pie I felt so drowsy afterward and went into a deep sleep for a couple hours. I actually feel better if I don't eat much, whenever I eat certain types of food I feel bad and tired. I try to eat somewhat healthy, I don't over eat and I don't drink sugary drinks, I always drink water. But I do indulge in chocolate ice-cream, but I don't over do it.

(You can even get can pineapple and put it in the freezer for an hour or so.. frozen pineapple is delicious!) tuna with crackers, etc.. Do you cook?
