i eat tons of fruit....tons of
RAW vegetables, yogurt...for meat i eat turkey
sausage, turkey bacon, salmon, ground chicken and i get cheese and snacks at vitamin cottage. i like this almond jalapeno cheese, it's much better for you. i snack on whole fruit roll-ups, z bars and almond crackers. this diet plan has stuck with me long after i have been clean and it is working out great for me. i feel terrific.
