I am along the same line as you guys. I am 21 and i want
to lose 15 more
pounds. The first thing i did was completley STOP any and all caffeine intake, cokes, teas, you name it and i dont drink it. It is hard at first but after you get use to it you feel so much better. All i drink is water, gatorade and the occasional capri sun. I have dropped 12 pounds in the past two weeks, mainly from that. I do watch what i eat too, if am craving sweets i eat some fruit or yogurt.
