2020005 tn?1628125976 I can do great exercising, I really push myself to get it done, my down fall is seriously eating healthy. I can eat healthy all day long, then at the end of the day cave completely. I can't let myself ignore my hunger breastfeeding or my supply will completely diminish. I've been eating a good breakfast, good lunch, a snack between lunch and dinner, and then dinner, and a snack later on. I'm having SUCH a hard time eating healthily.

I'm having a difficult time planning healthy lunches and dinners that have some variety (I can only eat so much grilled chicken). This is my first pregnancy and I am only six weeks along. Avatar n tn Look up "the full plate diet" it's really NOT a diet, but healthy eating. That's what I do, all it is, is a high fiber diet eating lots of whole grains (brown rice, wheat bread, oatmeal) fruits, vegetables and water.
Avatar n tn Why put greater stress on a liver and cause cirrhosis to progress any quicker than it has to by eating fatty foods, processed food chemicals, etc. Patients with cirrhosis have livers that are dealing with enough as it is, why not help create a stronger organ that has a better chance of survival? Is this not in at least some way, controlling the disease? Maybe the word control is too much, what if we say... guiding the disease while building a stronger body.
