I haven't truely ever worked out, I've just been very very lucky. Even after having two kids, I lost all the weight without doing much. From as far back as I can remember I have always had problems eating if I was overly stressed or emotional about something. During those times, I will not eat.

I have been eating less than 500 calories and exersing when i can. I have been purging when i eat to much and i know this is bad. I now weigh 156 after two months of this. I suffered from an eating disorder for about 30 years and nowI have fifteen years recovery from my eating disorder and on a daily basis I'm free from obsessing about weight or food.
