I love to go out to eat. I am currently dieting and find that it is hard to get good, healthy, and reasonably priced meals. Any suggestions?

Maybe you could have it at your house and have your fav. Restaurant cater. Like an Italian place or panda express.

I need some examples of healthy foods please ! So when I go grocery shopping I can pick some up.. I don't eat very bad but I HATE veggies so I need to know some healthy snacks.. I eat bagels and grilled cheese with tomato soup and spaquetti and chili etc...

my husband makes fun of me because I do the same thing. He took me to an Italian restaurant a few weeks ago because the only thing that wasn't making me sick was pasta. I ordered a pasta dish that sounded amazing and when they brought it to the table it smelled so strong I started to gag and asked the waiter to immediately take it away. I was so embarrassed.

I am a female in my mid-twenties, and diabetes and breat cancer both run in my family on my sides. I am italian, so pasta is a staple food for me. Also, I am vegan and have been for 16 years. I have read online that cutting out carbs is important for diabetes prevention, but carbs are a large part of my diet and I am pretty skinny already, so whenever I try to cut out carbs or cut down on carbs, I end up getting sick.

My husband and I are going to a nice Italian restaurant for dinner tomorrow(Saturday) and I was wondering if it is safe to have a glass of red wine with dinner if I am having an ablation on Monday. My dad says he could not see why not since it will be out of my system but I just wanted another opinion.Italian food just seems better with wine..LOL.

As you know I have been having severe cramping in my lower stomach. It started the other day when I ate an Italian restaurant. It didn't make me feel horrible but it definitely made me feel different and bloated. Later on that night, I made myself eat a sub from Subway. It just added to the full bloated feeling and i felt gassy throughout the whole night. Well now today, from about 3 am this morning, I have been suffering from the worst case of diarrhea ever.
