is dipped in chocolate. I buy fat free mayo, sugar free syrup, Ken's lite dressing (and truly measure out my serving). That is VERY key! It is very easy to go over your amounts if you don't measure everything. I am anal about this. I got familiar with best foods to have that will allow me more. You just have to do your research. I use calorieking.com or nutritiondata.com and plan my day.
