I am so tired of not being able to catch my breath. Exercise has become impossible. I'm forever yawning. I think I need an oxygen machine. Geez.

I would like to know if I'm experiencing pregnancy symptoms or is it just my body adjusting to not having the birth control?
The tears which are produced during yawning sometimes cause a burning sensation within my eyes. This has been happening for the last 6 months or so at irregular intervals, mostly happens in only one eye, but very rarely affects both of them.

I am a former smoker (Iquit four years ago)in my 40's experiencing excessive yawning. Other than a day or two of real shortness of breath following a flu (H1N1 I think---was not tested) I have no other symptom other than this excessive desire to yawn as if I can't fill my lungs enough to get a good breath in, even tho I can and do. It makes no difference exercising or resting, in fact I notice it more when not busy.
Fatigue is a common symptom of Hypothyroid, yawning could also indicate a lack of oxygen or sleep apnea. You could post your recent thyroid labs for members comments.

you wouldn't begin to feel any symptoms of pregnancy that early....generally its not till 4-6 weeks before you would feel anything (if any). Symptoms are not good for going on, as they can be symptoms of many other things as well...PMS etc.
As i'm sure you are aware, the withdrawal method is not very effective and many many people can become pregnant that way. All you can do is wait and see if you period is late or not then take a test with first morning urine if it doesn't arrive.

last week i drunk too much beer, and next morning i had to get up really early so i was tired, i started having sob and yawning and suddenly, out of nowhere i started repeating the sequence, and i have it again, so i have to foget it again... i am saying this for all of you to try it... has it ever happened to you, that you get really busy with something different and you do not yawn or have a problem breathing at all?????
