I ovulated this past Monday and today is Thursday. Early this morning I woke up with some lower abdominal pain that got quite painful. It only lasted about an hour and then just some very mild discomfort. It didn't really feel like a period cramp and it is too early for implantaion cramps. My breast are also very tender. Has anyone had this experience and been pregnant? Any advice besides wait and see?

Hi, I have had constant lower and upper abdominal pain for three and a half years. Everyone told me it was in my head. Although in the past 6 months I have been diagnosed with borderline functioning gallbladder, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and interstitial cystitis. Endometriosis pain does flare up before your period, during and after. It is a sharp, knife-stabbing, ripping pain. Interstitial cystitis pain flares up before your period as well, and it is a constant sharp, or dull ache.
