Avatar m tn Yes clomid does work for some people depending on the quality of your husband's sperm. I had a friend that used clomid for only 2 months and got pregnant.

Avatar f tn m close to my due date or over due..does it taste gross? Or does it just end up giving you a ton of gas??
Avatar n tn I have done a little research on these withdrawl drugs but I have heard of people getting addicted to suboxon, does it really work or is it just another pill for my husband to need?
Avatar f tn Most therapists are not allowed to prescribe medicines, but they do have a crude knowledge of how most medicines work. They can work with your doctor, along with good therapy... and you can start to see results. It takes time.... It takes work.... It takes bearing your soul more times than you ever thought you'd have too, but in the end it is all worth it.
Avatar f tn Would acupuncture work for anxiety and dizziness? Does it hurt or what does a person feel? Im a nervous reck.. Cause Im scared to. Be on meds..
Avatar f tn I'm sure it works for some people, and there's a thread in the archives about it. Personally, I think this supplement combines things that should be taken separately and has things in it that are the wrong form or not for the purpose of the substance, and I don't trust it because it's direct marketed. But many on the thread loved it. However, I don't think you're a candidate for it or for medication, either.
717440 tn?1292743742 One of the reasons I went on it, besides my insane addiction to lortab, was needing something that controlled my pain without making me high. For ME sub does this. does not work for everyone though. When I do finally quit, it will be under a physicians supervision, and will be extremely slow taper. Now, am I a cured addict??? HELLL NO. I will always be an addict.
Avatar n tn My understanding of the nerve blocks is that they are more for diagnosing the extent of the condition, not neccessarily as a pain relief tactic. CRPS should be obvious to your dr and if he/she is doing these blocks then I would say your dr is doing what he/she should. Medications are a thing you need to talk to your dr about. It is not the purpose of this forum to advise people on the best ways to obtain drugs. Some more detail of yourself may be helpful as you've not given much to go on.
Avatar f tn The stigma to medication comes from the placebo being as effective as the actual medication on many cases. What you think will work is most likely to work let it be medication, psychotherapy, diet, exercise, social or whatever you think might work might just work. You can be conscious or unconscious of what you thing will work tho and I must admit that this is a problem. We see the same thing happens in biology. See Bruce Lipton's the Biology of Beliefs.
