2010625 tn?1329372056 Does it take a while for the cogentin to build up in the system before it starts working good? Or does the akathisia go away once you get use to the new med? I think it might be getting worse first it was just my leg shaking, tapping my fingers, and clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth a bit. Now it is so bad I can barely type because my hands are so fidgety. My tongue is twitching and my lips too now. Can this be a permanent side effect or does it go away?
Avatar f tn I was told by my Endo that Hashi's is not curable, and does not go away, You might want to post your labs here, either you still have Hashimoto's or you did not have it to begin with.I doubt that it just goes away on its own. I would also advise a second opinion with an Endocrinologist that is experienced with thyroid problems, some are more experienced with diabetes and not so much with thyroid.
8305112 tn?1402009678 It should. You've probably tried lots of things, but just suggestions I've seen. Watermelon works wonders. Go for a walk. Skip your prenatal for a day or two, but eat healthy of course. A warm bath. Stay away of red meat and dairy, May help. Good luck!
2065348 tn?1331075207 It does go away. I have had it off and on over the years after stressfull events. Dont fight it because it will only get worse. as uncomfortable as it is, derealization is harmless. DR/DP are the results of a stressed brain. I believe I sent you literature on this condition. That explains everything that is happening to you.
Avatar n tn I just wwant to know if this terrible fatigue and all over pain will go away soon, I am on pain meds and muscle relaxors and sleeping pills, that are not helping also my fusion is not coming along as fast as the surgeon thought it would Thanks bdm92
Avatar n tn Yes indeed both fibromyalgia and migraines are a part of dysautonomia. I have all of these as well. Because it is a dysfunction of the autonomic system(s) it can affect your pupils ability to contract in the light, and that's where I get my migraines. I look toward a light in passing, my pupils don't do their job, and I get that retinal burn/after image and it won't go away. Then I get more retinal burns in different areas of my vision and eventually can't see past them.
Avatar f tn It won't not until after the baby..I have the same problem with my left foot..doctor tells me to elevate but that's all I do and nothing. He also suggest to say away from salty food but considering I don't eat salty food...I am 37 weeks and can't wait lol..
