I am a stay at home mom and have always had some anxiety about crowded places, flying on a plane, stuff like that but I get my attacks when I'm sitting at home in my comfort zone, I
just don't get it. I
don't drink alcohol, have
never been a coffee drinker but I do
occasionally have to have chocolate and I drink at least once a day caffeine free Pepsi, I am however a smoker. I have stress in my life like everyone
else but just don't understand why or how it started.
