Have your doctor check you for whooping cough. If you cough so hard that you throw up, it may be that. If you have GERD or Reflux, you may not necessarily have heartburn or chestpain. If you throw up constantly then most likely you will rupture a vein in your throat. I did it with both pregnancies. The won't do anything about it. It's not a health concern apparently. They will just try to prescribe you meds to help with nausea.

Find some type of food or liquid that fits you and help ease nausea. With my first I drank lemon lime Gatorade and ate fries and it will always help and I was sick my entire pregnancy, like horrible. But there were times I used zofran. You should ask your doctor for some they're miracles!

I wash everything in dreft, from the clothes to the bedding. You can just throw the bumper pads in the wash and dry them on low. They may shrink up alittle bit but not bad. It honestly depends on the brand with my last baby I went through bumperpads like they were going out of style. They are easy enough to replace! I love the countdown it's so fun. I remember with my first my nursery was just perfect. Almost 8 yrs ago I could cry. Time flies by so fast.
