Avatar f tn although i haven't been treated for fainting, i do see a wonderful doctor in toledo, ohio who is very in-tune with syncope. he and his associates are currently treating me for dysautonomia, but you may want to contact his office for advice. they are all so sweet there. his name is dr. blair grubb at the university of toledo medical center. he's in the cardiology department. there is also a support group for syncope; i think it's called "stars".

620923 tn?1452915648 i am going to be at the Toledo, OH. walk. I am looking forward to it. I have never met anyone with Chiari before!..Oh except an NS that said he had Chiari and there was no way a 69 Y/O woman could be having increased s/s of Chiari!
Avatar f tn Here is one of the references, written by an Ohio lawyer, that says you can divorce in Ohio even if you are pregnant. Whether you want to is a different question, but apparently there is no law preventing it, just possibly some custom. http://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/can-i-get-a-divorce-while-pregnant-in-ohio--300638.
Avatar f tn I have heard very good things about Dr. Blair Grubb in Toledo, Ohio and also Vanderbilt but am hoping for someone closer. Also worried that the waiting list will be long to see Dr. Grubb or Vanderbilt... Thanks for your help!
1045086 tn?1332126422 The top is Lake Erie, and the bottom is the Ohio River. The upper left corner is where Toledo sits, right against Michigan, south of Detroit. The upper right corner is (roughly) where you'll find Cleveland. Go a little further and you'll hit Erie, PA, and beyond that, Buffalo, NY. The lower left corner is Cincinnati, across the river from the most northern part of Kentucky. Smack dab in the middle of Ohio is Columbus.
Avatar f tn The pain in his stomach seems to be triggered by walking, but we really cant find a pattern to any of the symptoms. It is now day 22 of these symptoms and still no help in sight. We live in Toledo Ohio, but drove him to the cleveland childrens clinic hoping to find answers there. On the way down there is throat became tight and he became short of breath, but it only lasted about 20 mins. We saw a neurologist there and were still unable to find answers.
518598 tn?1215513006 I live in NE Ohio, and finding a Dr, (sure I got a list to call from) that will even talk or get me in, is beyond hard. I don't get it.. can anyone IM me that might be ino Ohio and can help?
Avatar f tn I travel 11 hours in a rented RV (since I must be laying down) to see Dr. Blair Grubb at the University of Toledo in Ohio. But you need to confirm if you have POTS on a tilt table test and he has a long waiting list (sometimes 6 months) so it may be better to have your doctor call him with your medical records.
3178444 tn?1348441829 I live in Ohio, here, it takes forever it seems to get a divorce finalized. Like babyonboard said, if you are still married then they will make you put him on the birth certificate, at least it's like that in Ohio. I would get those papers filled ASAP! Unless you have a very quick judicial system where you live you may not even have your divorce finalized before the end of your pregnancy...
Avatar f tn You can post the name and contact information for doctors if that's what you weren't sure of ... it's email addresses that are blocked from the forum. Phone numbers are blocked as well, I believe, but you can either just post the name and address of the doctor and people can Google for the rest themselves, or you can Google the doctor by the info you have and post the URL to the online listing for the doctor which will have the doc's contact info including phone number.
Avatar f tn He never mentioned the Toledo Mudhens?
