Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.

You've been on a very high dose of opiates from what I remember in your previous posts. Professional help would of made it easier for you in my opinoin..but if you stay determined, this can be done. And then down the road in a year, you can revisit if you still would have any interest in rekindling things with him. First...thank you ladies for all the feedback. Update: I did tell my lawyer that I'm pregnant and that it's not my soon to be ex husbands. My lawyer wrote up the settlement and cleverly noted that I'm pregnant ...not with his child and in a way that my ex won't know that I'm expecting. It's legal and my ex won't find out through the divorce papers or at all if I can help it. I did all that worrying for nothing and you all are great for the support!!!

I want to some how print off blank but fake divorce papers and stick them in his face and say you want a divorce there ya go and just see what he does. He's Hispanic so I don't think he'll know the difference between real or fake papers.

What state do u live in? Can you get on medical asisstance. Also, I know this has got to be so hard to go through. Surround yourself with family and friends. And, fight for what is rightfully yours. I don't know your sitution but, I do know you have a lot of rights. Not just him walking away with money and the health ins.... No judge would allow this to happen with your medical condition.
