I can't believe this is being reported to King County - is this Seattle, King County? I can't imagine they are interested in herpes IgM testing as it is completely unreliable. If you've had no sexual contacts in the past 4 months, and your IgG tests for HSV 1 and HSV 2 were negative, then disregard the IgM completely. What would be the best most calm way to approach him to sign the papers as joint. I was thinking about having my parents and his sit down with us to have him sign them. To keep a calm environment. But anyways I filed for divorce and served him the papers but now it’s like I don’t know what to feel. Like I’m glad to be getting a divorce but now i don’t know what to feel about him. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc. but do yourself a favor and when they set child support immediately go to your child support office and have all checks go through state that way he and you is protected.
I'm sure you mean well. With what is going on with me, a negative PCR-RNA test would be worth the $, and a false positive wouldn't make me feel much worse than I do right now. Some people (i.e. King County, WA health dept are using this test routinely now. And I believe Dr. Handsfield has commented on a North Carolina facility using the same test and I believe he or Dr. Hook,or both have stated this test would be conclusive after 28 day window.
First...thank you ladies for all the feedback. Update: I did tell my lawyer that I'm pregnant and that it's not my soon to be ex husbands. My lawyer wrote up the settlement and cleverly noted that I'm pregnant ...not with his child and in a way that my ex won't know that I'm expecting. It's legal and my ex won't find out through the divorce papers or at all if I can help it. I did all that worrying for nothing and you all are great for the support!!!
Thanks for the information. The one counselor that wouldn't cross the county line WAS the one referred by the school... they said they no other options. The school was aware of my nephew's diagnosis, and that he was starting meds. I should mention that he was in trouble once before for going into the girls bathroom (supposedly on a dare, no touching occurred). So this, in essence, is Strike 2. But again, I know he's not the only child to behave this way...

A wk or so ago I posted that I'm in the process of getting a divorce and my current bf is my baby's father. well in short, i am legally seperated and went through the divorce proceedings and am waiting on the divorce papers now. i am in the military so i cant ask for a test since it still shows that i am married (i could get in a lot of trouble.) i had a few sexual partners and all with condoms. the last girl we had sex for maybe a week and there were no problems, also with a condom. the pool finally opened on base and i decided to go. after a couple of days of swimming there was nothing there.
