So did you see Jon and Kate are separating and divorcing? the show has been put on hold but do you think it will come back? I heard Kate was staying in the house with the kids while Jon was getting an apartment in New York. On his weekend visits with the kids, Kate will be staying in the apartment while Jon stays at the house with the kids and Nannys/ not only was their lifes published for 5 years now their divorce will be. These people were no bodies until they had 7 children at once.

t know anything about these people except a husband and wife whose names are Jon and Kate and they have 8 kids, a set of twins and a set of sextuplets. I only know that from what I've overheard people talking about and I haven't once voluntarily sought out information on these people.

Jon and Kate did not do IVF. The only thing they did was IUI which is what my sister and bil did and they would have had twins if she was able to carry them to term. They lost them a year ago yesterday. It is less likely with IUI to get multiples than with IVF but it is still possible, especially with clomid like she was on. With my sister's last round of IUI they said she had 3 folicles that were all big enough and 2 more that were slightly smaller than they would want.

i have watched jon and kate from the start ... i love them and still do.... i saw that interview and i really did feel bad for Kate , yes her hair looks amazing. thats because she took out the extension she had in the front and got a new stylist. i didnt notice the weight gain, but ya know they are eating very well now... i felt that kate really meant what she said, and espically when she said "she is up late at night, wondering if the OLD jon is going to call"....

I love the show, and we don't live that far from them either! Kate just put out a book called Multiple Blessings, and I heard it's great. DH bought me the seasons on DVD, against his wishes, but he didn't have many ideas for me. I can't believe in the beginning that she was still working as a nurse on the weekends. I do wonder when the kids all go to school full time if they will still have a show, and will Kate go back to work? Oh, and their website is pretty good also.

I've got the divorce papers filled out, I just need him to agree to sign them, because I would like to file them as jointly because I heard it goes more smoothly than filing single. What would be the best most calm way to approach him to sign the papers as joint. I was thinking about having my parents and his sit down with us to have him sign them. To keep a calm environment. Since I'm afraid he'll lash out and refuse to sign the papers or tear them up.

There is another woman on this forum who had 12 follies, (I think - maybe a few more, or less) and her IUI wasn't cancelled. (She's BFP now BTW) All RE's are different. I'll be on injectables this coming cycle and I asked my RE what would happend if I produced like 15 follies. He told me that I would have three choices. One would be to turn it into an IVF cycle.

t legal have any rights to your child just because she is married to the father. My sister drew up her own divorce papers, her and her now ex signed them and had then notarized At the court house.

I've read ALOT of success stories with IUIs. I have heard that it can take about 3 times for it to work. I just did my first IUI and I got a BFN today. Multiples are a possability with any fertility treatment. About multiples Jon and Kate Plus 8 did IUI. Multiples are definatly a risk. I'm hoping for better luck next time. Good luck to you...

I know how dumb that is and I know it wouldnt go down that way, but I do know the way he thinks and it would just complicate and hold up the divorce.. Should I just say extra stress n complications be damned and tell my daughter anyway, or try in get the divorce done ASAP and hope it doesn't take really long? Ultimately my kid is the one who matters.. I just want to know if any of you think me telling her so late in the pregnancy would be bad for her?

My daughter and her hubby are getting a divorce. In this state you gotta come up with 2600.00 minimum to get a divorce attorney. Is it like this all over?

First...thank you ladies for all the feedback. Update: I did tell my lawyer that I'm pregnant and that it's not my soon to be ex husbands. My lawyer wrote up the settlement and cleverly noted that I'm pregnant ...not with his child and in a way that my ex won't know that I'm expecting. It's legal and my ex won't find out through the divorce papers or at all if I can help it. I did all that worrying for nothing and you all are great for the support!!!

You need to find a good attorney who specializes in divorce/family law, and make your first visit (which is almost always free) well worth your time. Compile all the papers you have- the original judge's order that the girls not have unsupervised visits, your divorce decree, any statements you can get from the girl's therapists that being unsupervised with this boy would be harmful, etc. And you need to sit and write your story more clearly than this.

When you go into labor and have to fill out papers, do you right your babies name or tell them?

Legally you CAN NOT get a divorce until after the baby is born and paternity is established, if not then yes he can sue you for kidnapping his child knowing you were married and together the time of conception. A wk or so ago I posted that I'm in the process of getting a divorce and my current bf is my baby's father. s IUI got cancelled because she was overstimulated.. she had too many follicles but her and Jon had sex regardless and thats how she had all of her children. I ust found this out.. she explains it in her book, "Multiple Blessings." Hard to believe her 6 were conceived strictly from meds!!!!!
