Hi. I started a relationship with this guy from the Virgin Islands September of last year and I'm really worried that he may have given me HIV. He always urged me to have unprotected sex with him because condoms are uncomfortable for him (which was really stupid, I should've stopped dating him after he said that) but I always refused and tried to remember to remind him to use a condom with me every time we had intercourse.
This is related to my divorce case. We lived together only one moth after marriage and we had no sex. Then, wife filed for Divorce showing I had no sex with her. But I stated falsely in court that we had sex a few times.
Is there any medical test to prove that we had no sex?
I've read that a girl can not be certified as virgin even if her hymen is intact. Is it true?
If her hymen is intact can doctor certify that she had no sex?
m still legally married to someone else and he refusing to file for divorce. I served him paper two years ago but signed them to late. SHOULD I tell him about the baby in hopes that he will then file for divorce. Or just let him discover my growing baby.

In the divorce paperwork they will set visitation. Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.

Further to my X-ray i have had a CT scan done and have confirmed diagnosis of Bone Islands. Can someone please explain this to me. My Doctor has advised me that this should not be the cause of my sore feet and heels. What else could be causing my sore feet and heels. Also how sure the bone islands are not malignant.
